Our entire club is operated by voluteers. There are no paid positions ! This is what makes it possible for members to enjoy such low rates. This is TEAM WORK... in the truest sense of the word. We have succeeded with this business model for 60 years now.

The success of this business model depends on (and demands) balance, ie sharing the load. Everyone is expected to contribute. When the load is balanced, the work is easy.

Some members contribute by voluteering to fulfill one of the listed roles. Most of the roles are "Facilitator" roles where the volunteer does work that he can do but also delegates or asks for assitance from others.

Some, contribute by assisting those volunteers when help is needed.
* Helping with annual inspections
* Carting off a bag of refuse when from time to time.
* Performing G.O.D. duties (Ground Operations Director)
* Re-painting signs,
* Mowing the grounds where the tractor cannot reach.
* Organizing the tools bench.
* Participating with Events that we attend.
* Incouraging and Teaching XC to our members.
